Joe (Yossi) Berko, born and raised in Israel, is the founder and president of Berko & Associates. He started his real estate career in 1995. Joe graduated from Baruch College with a degree in The Science of Real Estate and Metropolitan Development.
Mr. Berko focuses on a spectrum of transactions ranging from debt structuring of multi-family building portfolios to the sale of large-scale office towers. Joe Berko is a shopping mall portfolio advisor for foreign publicly traded corporations. Mr. Berko is also acting advisor for private equity funds on acquisitions and positioning of hotel portfolio assembly in New York City.
